я могу ошибаться, но лучники в Total War: Shogun 2 стреляют по дальности как артилерия в rome: total war)

катапульт не будет. лучникам специально сделали такую дальность стрельбы, чтобы они могли заряжать стрелы с разрывающимися наконечниками.
